TREATMENTS & PROCEDURES
Procedures are not endpoints.
They are used to:
Reduce barriers to movement
Support rehabilitation
Facilitate meaningful, real-world recovery
All procedures are integrated into a broader biopsychosocial treatment model and are never used as standalone solutions.
The focus remains on restoring function and supporting long-term outcomes.
REHABILITATION COORDINATION & RETURN TO ACTIVITY
Care at PMR Care includes:
Coordination with physical therapy and rehabilitation providers
Guidance for return to activity and/or work capacity
Recovery is approached as a partnership, with patients actively involved in understanding their progress and participating in their care.
REFERRAL-BASED CARE
PMR Care operates as a referral-based specialty practice.
Evaluation, treatment, and procedures are performed in collaboration with referring providers. Patients requiring wellness-based, metabolic, or performance-focused care may be directed to PMR Wellness for further services.
WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT
PMR Care is an outcome-based, goal-oriented practice.
Recovery is measured using patient-reported outcomes that allow function to be tracked over time and displayed graphically. This data-driven approach helps:
Identify progress or plateau
Reveal barriers to recovery
Support shared decision-making
Communicate recovery status clearly to referring providers
Patients become stewards of their recovery, while care remains physician-directed and collaborative.
